Can you purchase the fabric for me?
Yes. Speak to our team first and pay the COD amount in advance. We can also source fabric, lace, trims and embellishments at standard market prices with no additional sourcing service fee.
What does stitching cost?
Basic stitching is Rs. 1,999 for 1 piece, Rs. 2,499 for 2 pieces and Rs. 2,999 for 3 pieces. Designer consultation and neck appliqué are complimentary. Materials and international delivery are additional. Saris, lehngas, ghararas, panelled frocks and other custom designs are quoted separately.
Can I speak to you outside Pakistan working hours?
Regular consultations run Monday–Friday, 3–9 pm Pakistan time. Your booking page shows the equivalent in your selected time zone. Please book at least two hours ahead. Our team can arrange overseas exceptions up to 2 am Pakistan time; these appear when additional slots are made available.
How do I take my measurements?
Use a well-fitting outfit you already own, share measurements using our measurement guide, or let a designer guide you on WhatsApp or a video call. Your complimentary consultation covers preferred fit, garment length, silhouette and styling before stitching begins. Ask your designer for the measurement guide.
When will my outfit be ready?
After your fabric arrives, we finalise the design and measurements with you. We agree an estimated completion and dispatch timeline when confirming your order. Timing depends on the design, number of garments, embellishments and our production schedule. International transit time varies by destination and courier.
What if I need a fit correction?
Contact our team after receiving your outfit so we can review the concern and advise on available alteration options. International alteration eligibility, return arrangements and courier charges are discussed individually. Free alterations, return shipping or refunds are not automatically included.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
We work with customers in the USA, UK, Canada, UAE and other international destinations. Confirm your destination and shipping charges with your designer. Every outfit undergoes quality checks before international dispatch.
